FavorWare respects your privacy. Across our business, around the world,
we will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined
purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship
with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and
support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with
you. We do not sell your personal information. We only share your personal
data outside FavorWare with your consent, as required by law or to protect

Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information collected from
individual customers. It does not apply to corporate or business contact
information. In addition, this policy is not applicable to personal
information that has been aggregated or made anonymous and no longer
specifically relates to an identifiable individual. FavorWare reserves
the right to use aggregated or anonymous information in any manner it
considers appropriate.
FavorWare only uses your personal information for specific purposes

and support your customer relationship with FavorWare. This means enabling
us to proceed with processing and fulfilling your product or service

time to time and where appropriate, FavorWare may request your specific

If you choose to withdraw your consent, and for certain reasons, FavorWare
is unable to comply with your request, we will always advise you that
we cannot do so. Please be aware that in certain circumstances, FavorWare
may be required to disclose your personal information without your consent
such as to law enforcement or other government officials. This could
arise, for example, where disclosure is required:
I. to comply with a subpoena, warrant or order made by a court with
jurisdiction to compel the production of such information;
II. to legal authorities for the detection and prevention of fraud or
other criminal activity; or
III. to our legal counsel in the event that any matter may the subject

If FavorWare should be required to release your personal information
without your consent, such as for the reasons listed above, we would
always keep a record of what information was released, to which party

In order to respect your privacy to the fullest extent possible, FavorWare

Your Right of Access to Your Personal Information
FavorWare will permit you the reasonable right of access and review
of your Personal Information. We will endeavor to provide the information
in question within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days following
receipt of your request. If we require additional time, or if we feel
that we have grounds to refuse your request, we will tell notify you
of new timing for our reply and/or the reasons for our extension or
refusal. FavorWare reserves the right to charge for copies of your records,
however we will always let you know in advance if there is any such
charge. FavorWare will provide information from its records in a form
that is easy to understand. To protect you, FavorWare may require sufficient
information to allow us to confirm that the person making the request
is authorized to do so before granting access or making corrections.
For How Long and Where Does FavorWare Keep My Personal Information?
We keep personal information only so long as is needed in order to meet
the purposes set out in this Policy, including to enable us to meet
any legal or regulatory requirements. FavorWare has retention standards
for customer information and records management which set out these
timelines. We have retention policies in place that govern the destruction
of personal information.
The principal places in which FavorWare holds personal information are
in Mississauga, Ontario and nearby municipalities where off-site storage
facilities may be located.
FavorWare Human Resources Web Sites
FavorWare has employment opportunities advertised on its web site, and
in connection with a job application or related inquiry, you may provide
FavorWare with personal information about yourself as contained in a
resume, cover letter or similar materials. FavorWare may use this information
for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or your job application.
Unless you have advised us otherwise, even if you have not been accepted
for the position to which you applied, FavorWare may retain your information
for future consideration. As well, in the course of any job application,
FavorWare may obtain further information about you as a result of verifying
your references with previous employer(s). FavorWare may also keep this

The online store at favorware.com is designed to give you options concerning
the privacy of your credit card information, name, address, e-mail and
any other information you provide us. FavorWare is committed to data
security with respect to information collected on our site. We offer
the industry standard security measures available through your browser
called SSL encryption. If at any time you would like to make a purchase,
but do not want to provide your credit card information online, you
may give us a call and we will assist you over the phone. It has always
been a FavorWare practice to contact customers in the event of a potential
problem with your purchase or any normal business communication regarding
your purchase. While we strive to protect your personal information,
FavorWare cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you
transmit to us, and you do so at your
own risk.
Customized Experience
New technologies are emerging on the Internet that help us deliver customized
visitor experiences. At FavorWare, we primarily use "cookies"
